How big are your lots? All lots in Unit 1 are at least 1 acre. Click 'Plats & Prices' for details.

What is the minimum house size? 3,000 square feet of heated area, 3,500 square feet overall. We're as concerned about quality of construction as size alone.

Will the entrance be gated? Yes, a state of the art electronic gate with video imaging capability will be installed.

Are there protective covenants to help ensure
the long term value of my home? Yes. Our covenants are similar to what you would find in comparable large estate developments. Click 'Covenants' for details.

How large will St. Andrews be? We have master planned a total of about 50 lots covering 85 acres. In no event will any lot be less than one acre in size.

Who can use the ponds? Any lot owner with frontage on a pond may enjoy the entirety of that pond by means of a non-motorized boat (though electric trolling motors may be used). Click 'Pond Rules' for details.

Will there be sidewalks? Yes.

Are City water and sewer available? Yes.

What are home owner association dues? $500 per year.

What if I've picked out a lot but I'm still waiting
street construction for the unit? Before street construction, a 10% down payment will hold your lot. The balance will be due only after streets and utilities are complete.

What if I've picked out a lot but I'm waiting
on my banker to approve my financing? After street construction, a 10% down payment will hold your lot for forty-five days while you complete your financing, if necessary.

Do you build the houses? No, you are welcome to use any builder you choose. If you do not have a builder, we would be happy to suggest a few names.
